Before you provide your personal details in the form below there are a few more things that you should know.
1.Any information you provide to Ozbrit will not be made available to any other party or person without your consent.
2. Ozbrit does not have “MEMBERS” only Supporters therefore there are no subscription fees by becoming a Supporter.You become a Registered Supporter by completing the application form below.
3.Ozbrit depends entirely on the generosity of its supporters by way of their VOLUNTARY DONATIONS.
4.If you decide to make a donation the amount is up to you but clearly the more funds available to Ozbrit the better we can function. Please be as generous as you can - even the smallest sum will be appreciated.
5.You can make a donation in two ways: by Cheque which should be made payable to Australian and British Heritage Foundation and crossed “A/c Payee” and forwarded to 5 Eliza St. Gilberton S.A. 5081 together with a covering note from you. Or;
You can make a direct donation to the Foundation by instructing your bank to transfer funds from your own account to the Foundation’s account. Your Bank needs to know the Savings and Loan Bank Number 805023 and the account number of the Foundation’s account 90281193.
7.The form below indicates the information needed to complete your registration.
8.You answer each question by adding your own data to the existing text. For example;- “My title is ;-” is changed by adding “Mr,Mrs,Mss “Another example,”My given name ;-;-” is changed by adding your Christian name resulting in a response that could be “My given name is ;- George”
9.You will receive an acknowledgement of your application and a Registration number upon receipt of your registration.
10. Please remember this registration number because you will need to provide it in all communications with Ozbrit.It is effectively your Password.
