NOMINATION OF REGISTERED SUPPORTER TO THE
OZBRIT COUNCIL.
1. Nominations can only be made by an existing Registered Supporter who is identified as “NOMINATOR”.
2. The person nominated must also be a Registered Supporter and must also have E-Mail and Internet facilities as all communications between Council officers are conducted by e-Mail.He/She is identified as “NOMINEE”
3.Complete the form by adding your response to each of the questions for example ;-
“My Name is” changes to “My Name is David”
